I actually played/bought videogames for easy achievements/trophies so...
Oh yes, definitely! I will not rest until I 100% my game!
For the most part, yes, unless if the achievement is really ridiculously hard...
I'll get some of them, maybe, but I'm more concerned with actually finishing the game.
Eh, beating the game is all that matters to me. I don't need awards for that.
I don't play games with extra achievements/trophies to collect so I wouldn't know.

First time through, I just focus on getting through the game. If I get any achievements along the way, awesome.
Later on I'll go back through and nab any trophies I missed, provided they're within reason. Some are kind of stupid impossible to get though. (Professor Portal, I'm looking at you.)
